HOW TO MAKE SEA MOSS GEL:
1. Rinse 2 oz of raw sea moss in spring water twice.
2. Soak the rinsed 2 oz of sea moss in spring water for up to 24 hours.
3. Remove sea moss from spring water, then rinse again.
4. Using scissors, cut the sea moss into small pieces.
(This prevents the blender from jamming.)
5. Add 2 cups of spring water and the soaked sea moss to a blender. Blend together until it reaches a smooth consistency.
6. Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate.
The sea moss gel stays good in the refrigerator for several weeks.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Sea moss gel is commonly added to smoothies, juices or foods. Add 1-2 tablespoons to your beverages or foods. For best results, take daily in the morning.
